Kathy is a highly accomplished finance and operations executive with over 18 years of experience in telecommunications and software industries. Kathy has deep experience building and leading finance, operations, and service delivery teams in both rapidly growing start-up companies and large organizations.
As Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Callis Communications, Kathy is responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting, service delivery, provisioning, regulatory, and operations. Kathy leads the execution of the Callis vision for an amazing customer experience.
Prior to joining Callis Communications, Kathy served as Chief Financial Officer of Razorsight, a provider of cloud-based business intelligence and profit analytics for the communications industry. Kathy has held senior finance positions with both with carriers (NET2000, MCI) and OSS vendors (Razorsight, Wisor Telecom).
Kathy is also the Co-founder of TealQuilt.org. TealQuilt.org, in association with the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, is non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness of and funding research to find a method of early detection and ultimately a cure for ovarian cancer.

As Interim Chief Technology Officer, Doug Parker oversees all engineering, operations, IT and network systems at Callis Communications. Doug is primarily responsible for managing network configuration, system maintenance, design, product initiation, equipment procurement, network capacity, architecture, security, and reliability. With his depth of technical knowledge, strategic planning, and skill set, Doug plays a key role in developing and implementing innovative strategies and initiatives to maintain and lift the technology of the business.
With over 12 years of dedicated experience and increasing managerial roles, Doug has been established as innovative thinker in telecommunications sector. Prior to joining Callis, Doug rose to division head at Unitrin Direct, where he directed and managed the company's largest division. In this role, Doug’s responsibilities included technologies, strategy development, process management as well as the acquisition and execution of one of the first cloud based data sharing systems.

As Controller, Donna McDaniel is responsible for all of the company's financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management functions. As the Vice President of Sales, Patrick Dial is responsible for managing the sales and account management teams, business growth and retention, new business acquisition, sales channel development, and strategic market planning. Patrick Dial brings more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience to Callis. Prior to joining Callis, Patrick served as the National Director of Channel Sales for Broadview Networks in New York, where he was responsible for integrating the partner channel of Broadview acquisitions, developing sales teams, and setting market initiatives and strategic direction to roll out cloud services nationwide. Additionally, Patrick's background includes increasing roles at Bridgecom International as Director of Channel Sales and Manager of Business Development, where he managed indirect channel operations of a division encompassing sales, marketing, sales operations, and strategy.

As the Director of Service Delivery, Jason Bright is responsible for the seamless integration of the Callis solution, billing process, delivery of service, purchasing, and inventory. Through his leadership and commitment to quality, Jason has been instrumental in continually improving and ensuring superior service to all of Callis' customers. While providing direction and oversight in development, Jason's primary roles involve provisioning and project management, ensuring that quality service and strategies are effectively executed, maintained, and aligned with organizational goals.
Prior to joining Callis, Jason spent several years working in both the finance and medical supply industry. In his position at ConvaTech, Jason managed key customer accounts, developed business strategies, and met and exceeded sales revenue targets and goals by drastically increasing sales. During his tenure, Jason led his team as the top 5 sales territory in the nation, four out of seven years.

As the Director of Network Operations and Customer Support, André Carter has the responsibility of providing and maintaining outstanding technical customer support. In his role, André manages Callis's Network Operations Center, the company's field operations, and Customer Service Call Center. In support of these operations, André oversees and directs his team on all assignments, dispatches, and technical support. Backed by fourteen years of technical support and Network Operations experience, André brings keen insight into how to successfully solve challenging customer service problems.
Prior to his work at Callis, André served in a variety of positions at Cavalier Telephone, Level (3) Communications, and Cypress Communications, including leadership roles in Product Development, Sales Engineering and Project Management. As the Director of Information Systems, Benny Butler is primarily responsible for developing, managing, and supporting Callis' information and technology systems. Benny's major roles involve network programming, data processing, maintaining information security, and the integration of information and system processes. Additionally, Benny develops analytical tools and techniques to improve delivery of solutions and ensure continuous process improvements.
Prior to joining Callis, Benny served as the Director of Information Technology at Ox Publishing, where he created and controlled the company's network systems and websites, analyzed IT business processes, enhanced applications through automation, and directed system designs and operational management. Benny's background additionally includes experience in website development and design for several specialty restaurants.
