Dean Parker - President
& CEO
Dean founded the company in 1999
as Allpage, a wide-area paging operator
for First Responders in the Gulf
Coast Region. He has more
than 10 years of telecommunications
experience including the evolution
to a competitive local exchange
carrier delivering hosted Voice-over-IP
solutions. Prior to
founding Callis, Dean managed and
grew the dealer network for Ericsson
Mobile Communications in Lynchburg,
Virginia.
A graduate of Liberty University,
Dean also serves on the Board of
Trustees for The University of Mobile.
Philip
McKibbin - Market Director, Mobile,
Alabama
Philip is
responsible for all sales activities
in the Mobile market, including
direct sales, agents, and affiliates.
His nearly a decade of experience
in telecom is highlighted by senior
leadership roles at Fairpoint Communications,
Birch Telecom, and RIISnet.
McKibbin is
a driven professional known for
delivering business-changing solutions
to Gulf Coast Enterprises.
Donna
McDaniel - Controller
As Controller,
Donna is responsible for financial
reporting, budgeting, forecasting,
inventory control and
cash management.
McDaniel is a seasoned professional
with more than 20 years experience.
Prior to joining
Callis, Donna was controller for
the Big 10 Tire Store chain, a $100
million enterprise. She is
a graduate of Mobile College with
degrees in Accounting, Computer
Science, and Math.
Doug
Parker - Vice President of Operations
Doug is responsible
for field service, customer support,
network operations and Information
Technology. With over 10 years
experience he has played a central
role in Callis' meteoric growth.
Prior to joining
Callis, Parker held various leading
management roles with Unitrin Direct
Insurance, where he
implimented
standard operating procedures, project
management initiatives, and cost
savings across the company.
Doug is a graduate of Liberty University
in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Tim
Foster - Director of Customer Experience
Tim ensures
that new Callis customers get up
and running quickly and smoothly
as he is responsible for all deployments
and activations. With over
15 years experience in customer
service, Tim takes pride in helping
our customers get the most from
their new Voicepath system.
Foster previously
served as General Manager at several
national restaurant chains, including
Ruby Tuesday and
TGI Friday's which he helped grow
into one of the Company's top performing
locations. He is an electrical
engineering graduate of the University
of South Alabama.
