The expanded customer base marks the company’s deepening penetration into the Mobile, Alabama and Gulf coast region. “We are excited to have the targeted technologies customer now apart of the Callis family,” said Dean Parker president and CEO of Callis. “We know that our dedication to 100% customer service and targeted technologies service offering we will be a perfect match for our new clients.” As of 6 pm today Callis Communications will be taking over services effective immediately for Targeted Technologies customers. All services will continue and Callis will honor all customer pricing and services. Callis will be handling the transition over the next 90 days and expects the deal to close by May 31, 2010.
